Terms of Service

1. What HappyLuv is

HappyLuv is a private space for two people — you and your partner — with a quiet concierge that remembers the things you mention (dates, promises, plans, gift hints), reminds you at the right moment, and helps you act on them when you ask. The service is operated by Triviolt.

One subscription covers the couple: when one of you subscribes, both of you get everything. Sharing between the two of you — notes, photos, plans — is always free, with no caps.

2. You must be 18 or older

HappyLuv is for adults. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. We don't knowingly let anyone under 18 use the service; if we learn an account belongs to someone younger, we'll close it and delete its data.

3. Your content is yours

Everything you and your partner put into HappyLuv belongs to the two of you. We need a limited license to store and process it so the service can work (for example, so the concierge can notice a date and remind you about it) — and for nothing else. 4. Affiliate disclosure

When HappyLuv helps you book or buy something — a table, tickets, flowers, a trip — the merchant may pay us a commission at no cost to you.

A few promises about how that works:

Prices are never higher because of it. You pay the same as booking directly; the commission comes out of the merchant's side.
Recommendations are ranked by fit for the two of you — your tastes, your history, your budget — and are never influenced by commission.
Help is only offered when you ask for it, or with a heads-up first. HappyLuv never shows you unsolicited offers or ads.

For transparency, this is what one of our affiliate links looks like — an ordinary merchant page, reached through a partner link that pays us a commission at no cost to you: an example product at Walmart.

5. Beta software

HappyLuv is in active development. Features may change, and despite our best efforts things may occasionally break. The service is provided as-is during the beta, without warranties of any kind. If something goes wrong, tell us — we genuinely want to fix it.

6. Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed through the App Store and can be cancelled there at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. The yearly plan includes a 14-day free trial; the monthly plan includes a 3-day free trial.

7. Fair use

HappyLuv is for the two of you. Don't use it to harass anyone, to break the law, or to probe or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
